CHAP. 1231.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Florian V. Sims. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1052](/us/pvtl/57/1052).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theFlorian V. Sims.Pension Increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Florian X. Sims, widow of Alexander Sims, late of Company G, Third Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve, dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of the soldier until such child shall have arrived at the age of sixteen years, in lieu of that she is now receiving.
