CHAP. 1230.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas Swan. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1051](/us/pvtl/57/1051).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theThomas Swan.Pension increased. Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Swan, late chief bugler, Twelfth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 27, 1902.
