CHAP. 123.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emil Frank. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 98](/us/pvtl/57/98).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theEmil Frank.Pension increased. Interior be, and he. is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emil Frank, late of Company F, Fifteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 27, 1902.
