CHAP. 1228.— An Act Granting a pension to Martha A. Cornish. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1049](/us/pvtl/57/1049).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martha A. Cornish.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha A. Cornish, widow of James M. Cornish, 1473late of Company G, Tenth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 27, 1902.
