CHAP. 1219.— An Act Granting a pension to Minerva Murphy. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1048](/us/pvtl/57/1048).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Minerva Murphy.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Minerva Murphy, helpless and dependent daughter of Davis Murphy, late of Captain Campbell’s company, Third Regiment Illinois Foot Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
