CHAP. 1217.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rachel Brown. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1038](/us/pvtl/57/1038).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Howse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rachel Brown.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel Brown, widow of James Brown, late major Seventieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
