CHAP. 1202.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Whitty. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1023](/us/pvtl/57/1023).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElizabeth Whitty.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Whitty, widow of Edward P.
Whitty, alias Park Whittemore, late of Company M, First Regiment Maryland Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of the said Edward P. Whitty, alias Park Whittemore, until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, June 27, 1902.
