CHAP. 1197.— An Act Granting a pension to Matilda Tunison. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1026](/us/pvtl/57/1026).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Matilda Tunison.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Matilda Tunison, widow of John Tunison, late major, One hundred and thirty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per mouth. Approved, March 3, 1903.
