CHAP. 1197.— An Act Granting a pension to Jemima McClure. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1018](/us/pvtl/57/1018).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jemima McClure.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jemima McClure, widow of James R. McClure, late of Company L, First Regiment Indiana Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said James R.
McClure until he roaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, June 27, 1902.
