CHAP. 118.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Theodore Lane. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 93](/us/pvtl/57/93).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Theodore Lane.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Theodore Lane, late of Company A. Twenty-second Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 27, 1902.
