CHAP. 1173.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry W. Tryon. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 994](/us/pvtl/57/994).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry W. Tryon.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the interior be, and he. is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry W. Tryon, late first lieutenant Company G, Twenty-seventh Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 27, 1902.
