CHAP. 1162.— An Act Granting a pension to Nancy McGuire. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 991](/us/pvtl/57/991).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Nancy McGuire.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Knsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy McGuire, widow of John McGuire, late of Captain Dawson’s company Georgia Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
