CHAP. 1157.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Helen Olivia Leckie. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 986](/us/pvtl/57/986).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Helen Olivia Leckie.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1729pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helen Olivia Leckie, widow of Henry Leckie, late of Company E, Third Regiment Louisiana Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
