CHAP. 1154.— An Act Declaring the Osage River to be not a navigable stream above the point where the line between the counties of Benton and Saint Clair crosses said river. June 24, 1902.[[Public, No. 172](/us/pl/57/172).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Osage River, Mo.Not navigable above Benton and Saint Clair counties. That the Osage River in the State of Missouri, above the point where the dividing line between the counties of Benton and Saint Clair crosses said river, is hereby declared not to be a navigable stream and shall be so treated by the Secretary of War and all other authorities.
