CHAP. 1152.— An Act To correct the record of Michael Hayes. June 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 981](/us/pvtl/57/981).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Michael Hayes.Granted honorable discharge.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of Michael Hayes, late of Company II, Sixty-ninth New York Infantry Volunteers, and to grant him an honorable discharge from such organization and remove the charge of desertion standing against him as a member thereof: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other *Proviso.*No pay. etc.emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of this Act.
