CHAP. 115.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha A. Johnston. January 12, 1903.[[Private, No. 93](/us/pvtl/57/93).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and [louse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMartha A. Johnston. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha A. Johnston, widow of Valancourt C.
Johnston, alias William Walker, late of Company K, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and Company G, Fourth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Valancourt C. Johnston, alias William Walker, until he reaches the age of sixteen years. “ Approved, January 12, 1903.
