CHAP. 115.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Kate Virginia Dewey Cushing. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 90](/us/pvtl/57/90).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theKate Virginia Dewey Cushing.Pension Increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kate Virginia Dewey Cushing, widow of Samuel T.
Cushing, late brigadier-general, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that which she is now receiving. Approved, February 27, 1902.
