CHAP. 1148.— An Act Granting a pension to Nelson Johnson. June 21, 1902.[[Private, No. 978](/us/pvtl/57/978).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, That the Secretary of the Nelson Johnson.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nelson Johnson, late of Company A. Third Regiment New York.
Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and time of payment, with- out any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension. Approved, June 21, 1902.
