CHAP. 1139.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry H. Windes. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 968](/us/pvtl/57/968).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry H. Windes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1725pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry H. Windes, late scout and guide, United States Volunteer’s, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
