CHAP. 112.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to David Cupps. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 87](/us/pvtl/57/87).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David Cupps.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David Cupps, late of Company E, Fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
