CHAP. 1101.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Israel Haller. June 17, 1902.[[Private, No. 940](/us/pvtl/57/940).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, Israel Haller.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Israel Haller, late of Company H, Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seven- teen dollars per mouth in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 17, 1902.
