CHAP. 110.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Gilbert Barkalow. January 12, 1903.[[Private, No. 88](/us/pvtl/57/88).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Gilbert Barkalow.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Gilbert Barkalow, late of Eighth Independent Battery Ohio Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 12, 1903.
