CHAP. 1082.— An Act Granting a pension to Samantha Yant. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 911](/us/pvtl/57/911).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Samantha Yant.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samantha Yant. former widow of Thomas Cox, late of Company D. One hundred and seventieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
