CHAP. 1078.— An Act Ratifying the act of the Territorial legislature of Arizona, approved March second, nineteen hundred and one, providing a fund for the erection of additional buildings for the University of Arizona. June 13, 1902.[[Public, No. 153](/us/pl/57/153).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Arizona.Act for university buildings approved. That the act of the Territorial legislature of the Territory of Arizona entitled “An act to provide a fund for the erection of additional buildings and furnishing the same for the University of Arizona,” approved March second, nine-teen hundred and one, and which said act was to take effect on its approval and ratification by the Congress of the United States, be, and the same is hereby, approved and ratified.
