CHAP. 1072.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frances H. Anthony. June 9, 1902.[[Private, No. 924](/us/pvtl/57/924).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frances H. Anthony.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances H. Anthony, widow of De Witt C.
Anthony, late lieutenant-colonel Twenty-third and colonel Sixty-sixth Regiments Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty *Proviso.*dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving; Increase to cease on death of child.*Provided, however*, That in the case of the death of the helpless child Myrtilia H. Anthony, on whose account the pension of trances H. Anthony is increased, the pension of said Frances II. Anthony shall continue only at the rate of eight dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.
