CHAP. 1069.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary S. Downing. June 7, 1902.[[Private, No. 922](/us/pvtl/57/922).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary S. Downing.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1443laws, the name of Mary S. Downing, widow of Robert L. Downing, late of Company E, Sixty-ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate, of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 7, 1902.
