CHAP. 1068.— An Act Granting a pension to Oliver W. Newton. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 897](/us/pvtl/57/897).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Oliver W. Newton.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oliver W. Newton, helpless and dependent son of Francis L. Newton, late Company E, Fiftieth Regiment New York Volunteer Engineers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
