CHAP. 1060.— An Act Granting a pension to Matilda C. Clarke. June 7, 1902.[[Private, No. 913](/us/pvtl/57/913).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Matilda C. Clarke.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Matilda C. Clarke, former widow of Alphonse 1441Bietry, late of Company G, Tenth New York Volunteers, and Company A, One hundred and sixty-fifth New York Volunteers, and Seventh Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
