CHAP. 1058.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Scott. June 7, 1902.[[Private, No. 911](/us/pvtl/57/911).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Scott.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Scott, widow of Daniel L. Scott, late an unassigned private of the Eightieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
