CHAP. 1054.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Evaline Jenkins. June 7, 1902.[[Private, No. 907](/us/pvtl/57/907).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Evaline Jenkins.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Evaline Jenkins, widow of David B.
Jenkins, late, sergeant, Company F, Second Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and first lieutenant Company C, Thirteenth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 7, 1902.
