CHAP. 1053.— An Act Granting a pension to Charles Blitz. June 7, 1902.[[Private, No. 906](/us/pvtl/57/896).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Charles Blitz.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Blitz, late of Company C, Sixty-seventh Regiment New York National Guard Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 7, 1902.
