CHAP. 1049.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Belle L. Spaulding. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 878](/us/pvtl/57/878).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Belle L. Spaulding.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1705laws, the name of Belle L. Spaulding, widow of Frank P.
Spaulding, late of Company A, Thirty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1903.
