CHAP. 1042.— An Act Granting a pension to Eliza J. West. June 7, 1902.[[Private, No. 895](/us/pvtl/57/895).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, Eliza J. West.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza J. West, widow of Elisha B. West, late of 1437Companies B and D, Seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for each of the minor children of the soldier until such children shall have arrived at the age of sixteen years.
