CHAP. 1038.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah E. Merritt. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 867](/us/pvtl/57/867).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sarah E. Merritt.Pension iucreastal. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ijension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah E. Merritt, widow of Charles M.
Merritt, late mptain and assistant quartermaster United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1903.
