CHAP. 1035.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion borne opposite the name of Abram Williams. June 6, 1902.[[Private, No. 890](/us/pvtl/57/890).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarAbram Williams.Military record corrected. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the military record of Abram Williams, formerly a private in Company B, Seventh Michigan Cavalry Volunteers, so as to show that he died February sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and that he be held as not having deserted from the military service of the United States: *Provided*,*Proviso.*No pay, etc.
That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or pay-able by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 6, 1902.
