CHAP. 1034.— An Act For the relief of Levi Maxted. June 6, 1902.[[Private, No. 889](/us/pvtl/57/889).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarLevi Maxted.Granted honorable discharge. be, and he is hereby, authorized to remove the charge of desertion against Levi Maxted, late of Company H, First Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Infantry, and that he be granted an honorable discharge as of September first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That*Proviso.*No pay, etc. no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
