CHAP. 1031.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma L. Kimble. June 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 888](/us/pvtl/57/888).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theEmma L. Kimble.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma L. Kimble, widow of Thomas V.
Kimble, late of Company F, Third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and major, Thirty-seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 5, 1902.
