CHAP. 1023.— An Act For the relief of Anthony R. Ravenscroft. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 852](/us/pvtl/57/852).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Anthony R. Ravenscroft Anthony R. Ravenscroft.Honorable discharge granted.shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a captain of the Twenty-second Regiment of Indiana Infantry Volunteers on the twenty-second day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, by reason of the expiration of his term of service, and the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to issue a certificate of honorable discharge for him in accordance with the terms of this Act: *Provided*, *Proviso.*That no pay or other allowances shall be due or payable to any No pay, etc.person by reason of the passage of this Act.
