CHAP. 1022.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Marcellus M. M. Martin, alias Marion M. Martin. June 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 880](/us/pvtl/57/880).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, That the Secretary of theMarcellus M. M. Martin, alias Marion M. Martin.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Marcellus M.
M. Martin, alias Marion M. Martin, late of Company F, United States Mounted Riflemen, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 4, 1902.
