CHAP. 1016.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nimrod Headington. June 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 874](/us/pvtl/57/874).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Nimrod Headington.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nimrod Headington, late major, Thirty-fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the late of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
