CHAP. 1013.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha Clark. June 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 871](/us/pvtl/57/871).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMartha Clark.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Clark, widow of James P.
Clark, late of Company I, Second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Elmo J.*Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of son. Clark, helpless and dependent son of said James P. Clark, the additional pension herein granted shall ease and determine. Approved, June 4, 1902.
