CHAP. 1004.— An Act Granting a pension to Helena Sudsburg. June 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 862](/us/pvtl/57/862).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Staten of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHelena Sudsburg.Pension. Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helena Sudsburg, widow of Joseph M. Sudsburg, late colonel Third Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, June 4, 1902.
