CHAP. 943.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ellen Pratt. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen Pratt.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Pratt, widow of Albert Pratt, late of Company B, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1901.
