CHAP. 937.— An Act Granting a pension to Arline E. McNutt. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theArline E. McNutt.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Arline E. McNutt, widow of James McNutt, late acting assistant surgeon, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and two dollars per month additional for the minor child of the officer, such additional pension to cease upon the arrival of the child at the age of sixteen years.
