CHAP. 935.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry Smith. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Smith, late acting assistant surgeon, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1901.
