CHAP. 92.— An Act To provide for the holding of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the eastern district of Arkansas. January 16, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the regular terms of Arkansas eastern judicial district.Terms of court.the circuit and district courts for the eastern district of Arkansas shall be held at the times and places as follows, to wit: For the western division, at Little Rock on the first Monday in April and the third Monday in October;
For the eastern division, at Helena on the second Mondays in March and October; For the northern division, at Batesville on the fourth Monday in May and the second Monday in December. Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved, January 16, 1901.
