CHAP. 918.— An Act To reimburse J. A. B. Miles, E. D. Kelly, and Rawlings Webster. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJ. A. B. Miles. E, D. Kelly, and Rawlings Webster.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay. out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James A. 15. Miles, two hundred dollars; to E. D. Kelly, three hundred and twenty-eight dollars and two cents, and to Rawlings Webster, four hundred and forty dollars and seventy-nine cents, as a reimbursement to the aforesaid Miles, Kelly, and Webster for moneys paid by them to the United States internal-revenue collector at Brooklyn, New York, to cover shortage in the adhesive-stamp account in the internal-revenue department in Brooklyn, New York, said shortage not having been caused by any malfeasance or dishonesty on the. part of the aforesaid Miles, Kelly, or Webster.
The above appropriation shall be in full for all claims against the United States Government, Approved, March 3, 1901.
