CHAP. 912.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Causey. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElizabeth Causey.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Causey, widow of Ajax Causey, late of Company K, Eighteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided,* That in the event of the death—condition. of Wiley Causey, helpless and dependent child of said Ajax Causey, the additional pension herein granted on account of such child shall cease and determine.
