CHAP. 895.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion and grant an honorable discharge to John C. Weckler. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be,John C. Weckler.Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the record of Joint C. Weckler, who enlisted as John C. Brown, late private in Company C, Thirteenth United States Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge from said service as of date of June twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*,*Proviso.*No pay, etc.
That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1901.
