CHAP. 888.— An Act For the relief of Isaac R. Dunkelberger. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of theIsaac R. Dunkelberger.May be retired as captain in Army. United States be, and is hereby, authorized to nominate, and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoint Isaac R. Dunkelberger, late a captain, First United States Cavalry, and brevet lieutenant-colonel, United States Army, a captain of cavalry in the Army of the United States, and when so appointed he shall be placed on the retired list of officers of the Army. Approved, March 3, 1901.
